着物の型作りで培った技術や美意識を継承・活用し、着物業界の発展に繋げていきたい。それが当社の願いです。

<事業紹介>

切り型

型紙という和紙に小刀を使用して、模様を手作業で彫っています。
樹脂仕上げだけでなく、紗張りも可能です。

スクリーン製版

感光膜という特殊な膜に模様を転写させる製法です。
枠は、板枠やポイント枠を使用しています。
厚さは、普通膜だけでなく厚膜も可能です。

データ作成

図案を元にスキャンしてデータ化を行い、糸目やべた、ボカシを付けています。
振袖・浴衣・訪問着・着尺・付下げ・一つ身・四つ身・打掛など和装だけでなく。手拭いなどの型も作っています。

レーザー加工

大小異なるレーザー加工機を使用し、食器の製造・卸をさせて頂いています。
OEMも承っており、これまで下駄・看板・食器などを製作しました。

Lacquer finish carved panel

It is a large art panel where you can feel the traditional beauty. After engraving with laser processing, it is colored using genuine lacquer. It is a glossy and luxurious product.

three-dimensional panel

It is a product that gives your room a modern look just by decorating it. By stacking many layers of planks, you can feel the three-dimensional effect. Oil painting is applied so that you can feel the flavor of wood.

Kihana

A series based on the concept of "brightening the season". Designed by Mr. Ikeda, a Kyoto Yuzen artist. This product exudes the beauty of Kyo-Yuzen.

platter

It is a product that will be displayed in the alcove or at the entrance. φ27.5cm domestic plug tree is used. There are many products with designs such as Kyo Yuzen furisode and Kyo Komon.

rim plate

A flat plate with raised edges. φ25cm domestic plug tree is used. Recommended for serving breakfast plates and salads.

small plate

A plate engraved with a cute animal pattern. The small opening is raised and can be used for storing Japanese sweets and accessories. It is a very convenient product.

Teacup

It is a cup with a cute shape. The feature is that the pattern is engraved on the entire surface of the cup. Made from domestically produced zelkova wood, this product has a very thin 1mm mouth and a pleasant taste.

sake cup

A sake cup with beautiful cypress wood grain. We also use domestic wood. A pattern is engraved on the entire surface of the cup, and it plays the role of a grip. The lip is very thin at 1mm, and it is a product with a good taste.

coaster

A wooden coaster with a beautiful Yuzen pattern of plain wood. Engraved and cut to create depth. Because it is water-repellent and has a urethane finish, it can be washed with a neutral detergent.

About original/OEM production

We manufacture and produce original products.
In order to support small lots and achieve high quality, we are working on a consistent system from planning to manufacturing.
It is possible to engrave not only wooden products but also various materials such as tableware, coasters, wooden boxes, acrylic plates, brass, and glass with original designs.

cooking plate production

A cooking plate created with the cooperation of the French restaurant "Campagne" in Ise City, Mie Prefecture. The chef and our president are from the same hometown, so we had a wonderful relationship. We remade the shape of the plate and focused on the angle and weight of the handle.
An image of Shichiri Mihama in Kumano City, Mie Prefecture. Glass coating is also applied to the final finish, so it is possible to wash with a neutral detergent. In addition, laminated rubber wood is used for the wood to minimize the effects of shaving due to heat.
